This is a large green beefsteak tomato with a strong, sweet, fruity, and slightly spicy flavor. If you close your eyes when you take a bite, you’d swear it was bright red! This tomato is ripe when it’s a light yellow/pink on the blossom end. Aunt Ruby’s won the “2003 Best Tasting Tomato Award” and is one of my personal favorites!
