Mediterranean Mountain Tea
Made with mentuccia (also called Italian mint or nepitella), a robustly flavored mint that grows wild among the rocks in Mediterannean countries. Also contains sage, lemon balm, and calendula flowers. I got the idea for this tea years ago when my sister brought me some tea that she bought in Croatia. It has a strong herbal flavor and is good for digestion.
